Using QuickTrack

Creating, and Editing Users

Your users are the people who wish to use your items, they could be pupils in a school, employees in a business or customers in a business, or members if it is a club, it could also be a project or job if you wish to track item usage on jobs.

Each user has a unique record, with their details and a picture if required, there is also a history list of the items they have used.

You can create barcoded User ID cards from the report section of QuickTrack should you require them

To create a new user click New next to Users on the Main Screen.

To view a list of the current users click Users on the main menu or at the top, and choose List.

To find a User record, type or scan its barcode or some of its information into the find box at the top of the screen, click the Magnifying glass to change the search mode to users and press return.
